He looked at his friends he would not be caught dancing like the head's of slytherin not now they are participating in a game of tonsil tennis. He stepped out. "I don't mind dancing with a girl if you're asking" He started moving to the beat of the music more interested in the music then her. He was waiting for something better something less green.

It was always sad when someone as goodlooking as this guy wouldn't change his mind about her, just because of the fact that Skye's a Slytherin. Like Gryffindors are saints. Skye thought, irritated. She was shocked when he actually agreed to dance with her and left his friends. Skye nodded in approval when he started dancing and she moved with him to the fast rythm. It was obvious he wasn't that into it though and Skye wondered if she could even do anything to make him more interested. He didn't like whatever Scott and Savannah were doing, so she needed a different approach. A challenge, why not?

"So, what do they call you?" Skye said leaning towards him a little.

The girl was dancing with him. It was not like anything the other alone couple was doing but it was dancing. When she leaned in and asked a question over the music. "They call me Swamp, by Logan is fine" He said with a shout over the music. It was not getting ant fuller but he hoped it did soon. "you?" He slipped one hand into his pocket and continued dancing as the song changed.

Skye couldn't help the little snort that came out, followed by a giggle, when Logan told her his nickname. That's actually quite funny. She locked her eyes with his for a second longer to make sure he wasn't shitting her and then smiled when his pokerface stayed on perfectly fine.

"Oh really? That name probably has a nice story behind it for sure, right?" Skye said and looked at him with curiosity in her eyes while dancing along. "Or is it a secret?" She added with one of her eyebrows pulled up, smirk on her face.

He raised an eyebrow and smiled at her she wanted to know why he was called swamp. He had to give the girl she was a little interesting. "It's a long story and for another day, not here tonight its to get drunk and have fun" He said with a cheeky wink . Still dancing to the music he looked around as still noticed the two snogging each others faces off.

Skye smiled at the wink Logan gave him, maybe there still was some hope for tonight then. "Well, my name's Skye, just... Skye!" She shrugged when she noticed that she didn't have any nicknames herself. People never bothered shortening her name. She let out an excited noice when Logan told her about partying tonight though and she grabbed his arm for a second to get him to the bar with her. When she passed Scott and Savannah she looked back at Logan and pulled a weird face, followed by laughter.


"I love the sound of that!" She said and quickly ordered two firewhiskey shots. She looked Logan in the eyes before calling out cheers and downing the drink. "I'm going to keep you to your word about that swamp-story though!"

Alex wasn't a person who loved partying, but he couldn't resist not going to the welcome event that was happening at the pub. Dressed causally, the Ravenclaw boy walked into the pub and looked around. It seems that only a few students where here and most of them dancing to the music that was playing. Recognizing most of the people there, Alex decided not to socialize just yet. He casually walked into a darken corner and just leaned against the nearby wall, silently watching the rest of them.

Bella felt weird now she was on her own. Her friend was sat down making out with her boyfriend and she just stood at the bar. She looked into her glass of red wine and swirled it around. Taking a sip letting the liquid quench her thirst for blood. She placed her glass down and started nibbling on her lip. No one would know if she just slipped out and disappeared. She thought, this made her a little sad.
