Bella was left alone again. Laura had gone off with her boyfriend and left her with no plans. Bella had came use to it. She had found herself sat in the common room on her own people coming in and out on a cold winter Saturday. Isabelle pulled herself out of the chair she was in and went out of the hufflpuff common room. She was looking for fresh air and did not mind walking around in the cold frost air. It was not raining yet but it did look like it would start any moment the air was thick with it.
Walking down the corridors and glanced out of the window. It was gloomy and grey outside. She sighed and carried on down to the entrance hall. She smiled at a few people she knew but other then that she pulled her thick woolly jumper and coat around her as she felt the cold nip at her. She headed outside and the cold bit down hard it was not that nice outside. She thought she would check if her dad had sent her anything. As her owl did not like bringing her things but keeping it and using it to make a nest she had to check on him regularly.
She loved his personality and even though her dad had offered to get her a new one many times she stuck by him. The walk to the owlery the wind howled and Bella crossed her arms to keep the warm air near her body as she moved in the halls. She did not particularly like this weather she loved been warm and cozy. The wind played with her hair and the toggles on her clothes. Heading up the steps to the owelry she huffed the cold made it ever harder to climb these things.
Getting inside she pulled her hood down to revile a messy of hair that had been blow in any witch way. She pushed the left side behind her ear as she looked up at all the snoozing owls and the ones flying in and out. She looked looking for her spotted brown and black fluffy owl. He had made his home near the top out of the way of any opening to keep warm she smiled and called for him. "Barney.........Barney" She whistled up to him and he lazy opened his eyes ruffled his feathers and closed them again. She sighed and looked down. If he was not going to come down she would have to go up. She pulled her cote off it was really cold but she could not move in that thing. She walked over to the frame and tried holing herself up. She hired footsteps but she was desperately trying to get at her owl. She pulled herself halfway up and was in the most unsightly of positions when she heard someone clear there through. Shit she thought.
