Jason stretched as her pulled his shirt off and dropped it at the side of the practice pitch, he hated the rain but when he chose to fly he often found it a good option to fly in the rain since he tended to push himself to his limit and tire himself out as well as get hot and sweaty the water helped to cool him down. He sat at the edge of the pitch taking a break.

He grabbed his bottle of water and took a swig of it trying to catch his breath. He looked down at the ground, he knew why he was pushing himself so much, since he had got back to campus after the summer he hadn’t been with a single girl true it had only been two weeks since term started but it was slowly driving him mad.

He heard the crunch of the gravel that framed the pitch, “hey Jared” he looked up at him, he knew it would be him, he seemed to be the only one that could cope with Jason and his craziness “you alright?” he looks out at the pitch and stands up grabbing his things he was pretty much done for the day unless Jared wanted to have a one on one game.

Oh how he hated the rain. Every time it rained, it made the poor boy felt like a wet dog. After all he was partially a dog. Jared groaned softly as he stepped outside. Luckily for himself, he had made most of his clothes water repellent. Also he had made sure to wear at least some sort of strong cologne that masked his scent up.

Miserably, the boy made his way towards the Quidditch pitch with his broomstick in one hand. Maybe a flight around the pitch would do him some good. However as he reached the pitch, Jared’s heart sank slightly when he realized that someone was already there.

That someone was Jason Dragonov. Jared viewed the older boy as some sort of an idol, but he also distanced himself from him too, knowing well that since Jason was a pureblood with very pureblooded views. If he ever found out what he really was, then Jared would probably be dead or worse, doomed to be prosecuted by him.

The younger boy smiled slightly when Jason greeted him. ”Hey Jason. Nice seeing you again.” He knew that he was the only one who would be mad enough to try and be friends with Mr. Dragonov here. When the older boy asked if he was alright, Jared shrugged his shoulders. ”I just hate the rain.” He said truthfully. ”Wanna play?’ He added, tilting his head towards the goal posts.

“never learn do you Mr Parker” Jason said with a slight smirk on his face, if it was one thing Jason never did it was lose, no matter what he did he never let himself lose and feel crap about it, so when the challenge of making someone else feel like that came along, well he jumped at the chance to do it “you should know by now that your going to lose to me, but if your sure you want to be beaten again lets get going”

Dropping his shirt and bottle of water he clutched his broom in his hands “last chance to back out mate” he got on the broom and kicked of from the ground, his eyes squinting as he struggled to see past the rain, he knew it was gonna be a disadvantage for him not having his usual perfect eyesight but he was willing to play without his perfect sight even if it did mean the risk of losing. Who was he kidding he was never gonna lose he never had in his life but then he always played in the sun.

Looking down at Jared he waiting for his response or for him to join him in the air so they could begin their one on one game “grab the quaffle while your down there” he flew a lap of the pitch as he waiting for him to get the ball and join him up there. He stopped at the center of the pitch “one rule. There are no rules. First to score ten times wins”

"Of course not Mr. Dragonov, learning is overrated." Jared said with a small chuckle. He really didn't care if he won or lost to Jason. It was just fun to play Quidditch with someone else beside yourself. It gets rather boring after awhile. The boy just nodded to the older boy, telling his silently that he knew that he was going to loose, but didn't care.

Jared then shook his head and called up to the guy, "Backing out is not in my vocab, Jason. You ought to know that." They had been playing Quidditch with each other for sometime and it still amazed him on how Jason still thought that he would be chicken enough to back out.

"Sure thing mate." Jared said, walking over and plucking up the Quaffle off from the ground. He then mounted his own broom and kicked off from the ground, flying till he was leveled with the other boy. The boy grinned at Jason's rule. "Sounds like fun."

“not always trust me you can learn a thing or two in this place and man should you listen when you are being taught those things” Jason laughed lightly knowing he wouldn’t have to explain to Jared, and that Jared would most likely have a fit if he started bragging about his sex life again. But then again he liked to push his mates buttons see how riled up he could get them before they snapped and started throwing hexes at him, the slytherins well it didn’t take that long for them to kick up a fuss.

He smirked to himself “man you should have seen the red head I was with last night, now she taught me a few things which could come in helpful” he sent a cheeky grin to Jared who was now in the air with him “perfect ten, like a supermodel. Perfection and well I stuggled to sleep on my back after her nails decided to leave there mark”

Rolling his eyes he flew to Jared and knocked the Quaffle out of his hands and into his own “no you never where one to back out where you? You don’t seem to have any dignity, always letting me thrash you in these one on ones, how about I make it easier for you?” he passes the ball between his hands a smirk playing at his lips “I’ll give you a penalty to start with I won’t try to block if you make the shot well then I’ll add another two to mine, so I have to score 12 to win?” he throws the Quaffle to him.

Jared made a slight face at the other boy. He knew what was coming and he wasn’t going to like it at all. Yet it seems that the other boy didn’t care if he wasn’t interested in knowing all about his sex life. He took a deep breath in and then let it out slowly before giving the other guy an mock evil glare.

"Alright, alright." The boy interrupted, Jason's speech about the girl, "I get it, she was the bomb." Jared said with a slight roll of his eyes, a frown slightly etched on his lips.

He then however rose an eyebrow at Jason when he said that he was going to make it easier for him by allowing him to shoot without him blocking the Quaffle and then also adding two to his own. "You alright there mate? You're not going soft are you?" He asked the other boy in mock concern. "But since you offered, no take-back then."

With a swift lunge towards Jason, Jared at the Quaffle securely in his hands and he quickly was off flying the the direction of the other boy's goal post. Keeping his eyes as well as ears open, the boy laughed softly to himself. Let the game begin.

Jason smirked, he enjoyed seeing the reaction Jared gave him, he knew he didn’t give a fuck about it which made it more fun to rub it in the younger boys face. “nah the bomb was the girl I met last night” he teased, well there hadn’t been a girl the night before but he couldn’t help but seize the moment and rub it in his more.

“soft my arse” he scoffed, insulted by the comment made by the Hufflepuff “you know as well as I do even with this I’ll still beat you” a smirk stayed on his face confident in that he would win against the younger boy, Jason didn’t do losing so yeah he wasn’t about to start and lose against Jared, a person who he had lost against before. He ran a hand through his hair as the rain got lighter. At least it meant he would be able to see where he was flying.

He watched as Jared took the ball “one penalty, you score I add two to mine. So come on lets go” he wasn’t just if Jared would make the shot but whether he did or didn’t Jason was sure he was still going to win and even if he didn’t he would just get revenge of some sort for the humiliation it would cause him, well less so cause no one was actually watching them

The more Jason talked about the girl, the more nauseated Jared felt. "Enough." The younger male hissed. He was so close to pulling his wand out at the guy. But lucky for him, Jason decided to stop talking.

Jared chuckled softly when Jason sounded slightly angry at his words. Served him right for trying to patronize him. "Right my bad man." He said apologetically, "Yes indeed I know you will, so that's why I'm taking it."

The rain had eased up a bit, so that meant that Jared's clothes wouldn't be so wet. Good. Turning back to Jason, he nodded his head. "Sure thing." With that, the younger male tossed the quaffle up and down in his hand. Narrowing his eyes, he zipped back and forth until he found an opening in which he threw the quaffle as hard as he could towards the middle goal.

Jason knew that if he kept talking Jared would seriously attempt to hurt him, but he wasn’t scared well why would he be when he could take him down with a flick of his wand, he didn’t really fear anyone “alright, alright. I’ll stop talking about her” he didn’t know her name.

“you better believe I am bad” he smirks at the Hufflepuff, he was surprised despite him trying to be a bad influence on Jared he hadn’t been able to sway him into being more Slytherin like, well not yet he was still working on it.

Looking around the pitch he waiting for Jared to take the shot “come on we don’t have all day” he teased the younger boy who looked ready to throw the quaffle. He watched as it got closer to the middle goal. Jason was sure that it was going to make it but he wasn’t completely sure.

Jared let out a soft sigh. "Thank Merlin." He muttered softly to himself and shook his head. At Jason's bad comment, the boy rolled his eyes. It was obvious that the older boy was trying to convert him into a Slytherin, but the boy himself was trying hard not be been sucked into the whole being bad ploy. He wanted to be himself and no other.

"Shut up." Jared said playfully when Jason teased him about hurrying it up. As the Quaffle flew from his hand, both of the boys watched it soar in the air for a few seconds before it went into the golden hoop. "Yes!" The younger boy crowed, pumping the air. Things were going so far so good, but he knew that he was going to end up loosing at the end thought.
