It had been a slightly cloudy day, the air being filled with a chilled breeze every now and then, that would even reach the Universities halls. The halls had been filled with students going to class, or lunch or even going to meet up with their special some one. It had been rather crowded today, it being around lunch time and every one had been going to the dining hall- for the most part that was, however through the crowd had been a rather energetic woman.

She had her robes on, and had been jumping up and down, trying to see over the crowd of people. She had been marked up with all sorts of tattoos, but seemed fairly young- which would be the case for the second year student. Dark locks had adorned her head, her hair being something akin to silk in a way and would bounce with her as she jumped up and down. This had been Varien, a hufflepuff by housing and she thought it had been pretty cool actually, most people didn’t like the house and she didn’t know why.

Then again she hadn’t known a lot about the wizarding world, Varien had been nineteen- and she didn’t figure out she had been a witch until she had been fifteen. Lucky for her, she had been a fast learner. Staring towards the exit to the court yard, the girl would be quick to run towards it, just wanting to be out of the area, quickly moving out she gave a sigh, her brown eyes glancing around.

Even if someone saw her, she didn’t mind, a certain pep to her step as she walked towards the more quiet part of the area and leaned against the wall, a soft sigh escaping her lips, that had been painted red, she bit down on her lower lip slightly, and tilted her head back slightly. She had felt so.. out of place here. Her brown eyes trailing to the sky, as she noticed the gray clouds beginning to invade the area, she paused and sighed. Great, rain, she’d wait though- even though a lot of people seemed to get up and leave at the sight of the clouds, soon there had been barely anyone in the area.

”What? Are you all going to melt?” she snickered softly to herself and would walk towards the center of the area, oh darn.. she had been lost. ”Oh, great..” she hissed to herself, and then suddenly thunder sounded across the sky, ”Oh, great.” she hissed as she scratched the head and simply laughed at herself.

Jason had just left some blonde girl down by the lake, he hadn’t stuck around long and she looked as if she was asleep when he had left but he hadn’t stayed to find out, he hadn’t even caught her name and she hadn’t got his which made it easier on him if she tried to find him, he was just heading to get some food and then he would most likely go find Lauran he hadn’t decided yet.

Walking into the courtyard Jason found a build up of people and groaned as he started to shove through the crowd, he was never one to wait for the crowd to move, he would have to move them out of his way himself “out of the way” he yelled to the crowd as he forced himself through them, every now and then he would walk past a girl that would catch his eye and he would stop to say hey and to have a quick flirt with them before moving on to the next girl and to getting closer to the front of the crowd.

Giving up with getting through the crowd he forced his way back out to the side, which took a lot let time than it had to get in which was typical. Looking at the crowd and then up at the sky he laughed, either way they were all going to get wet because of the weather, he felt sorry for the girl he had left down by the lake now she was bound to end up waking up while it is raining. His eyes dropped and he looked around seeing the girl, he had seen her around before but he wasn’t quite sure what house she was in.

Wandering over he decided he may as well do something if he was stuck outside cause of that blasted crowd. He reached her side. Grabbed her wrist and pulled her of to the side. He didn’t care if he had surprised her “so a hot girl like you is alone? Wanna explain? Cause it doesn’t seem right to me” he spoke as he turned to the girl.

”Eh..?”

She had suddenly felt a rather tight grip on her wrist, being dragged to the side. She turned her curious brown eyes would fall onto a rather built, blonde- she would dare say he had been attractive, blinking slightly to him as he spoke to her. Oh, he had been one of those guys. She gave a smile to him, tugging her hand away from him. ”My name is, Varien- not hot girl, silly.” she laughed quiet innocently, as she stared up to the man.

Raising an eyebrow to him, all alone? She glanced around, that's all she had been, for the most part. Asides from bumping into people, who were often as lost as she had been. She stared up too him. Doesn't seem right? She shrugged her shoulders slightly, "I'm new here really.." she spoke as she stared up too him. Something about him made her want to trust him, but instinct had told her to be a bit wary around this one, something told her that trouble followed behind him, but then again she liked trouble.

She paused taking a step close to him, and leaning up to look to his face,okay- so.. he had been handsome in every way to be exact, just wasn't her taste. She crossed her arms, and tilted her head again- as if examining him like a doctor; she hadn't really been one for personal space. She took another step, walking around him. Not a lot of people, even in her normal world as a normal human..erm..what did they call humans, you know- she hadn’t cared to ask. Most people didn’t hit on her, they either thought she had been a biker’s girlfriend, or scary with all of her tattoos.. but here- they had been practically gone, obscured by her outfit.

It made her feel, very plain. It didn’t feel as if she had been herself.

She looked up to him, ”And, besides- i’m not exactly alone any more.” she spoke as she took a step from him, crossing her arms. ”So, do you have a name..?” she asked tilting her head, her ebony locks following, besides why had he been alone? He seemed like the type to have girl’s trailing behind his every whim, as if shadows. The thought had been a curious one, and it even caused Varien to look towards the shadows of the area, expecting some amateur ninja girl’s stalking him. She laughed at the thought, but it could have been very easily mistaken that she had been laughing at him.

“oh no your certainly hot” Jason smiles as he look down at her. She had looked surprised when he had grabbed her and pulled her to the side of the courtyard. it was quiet where they now stood. He was finding it hard to even think straight with her stood in front of him. She was a sight, a Gorgeous sight in his eyes although he doubted many others would think of her like that. “nice to meet you Varien” he winks at her as he lifts her hand to his lips and kisses it, putting his charm on her.

“would explain the look on your face when I first saw you” he let a slight laugh out “you looked lost” he stated it as if it was a fact but he honestly wasn’t sure if she had been, he was just assuming, which he often did. He often got it wrong as well so maybe it was stupid of him to assume she was lost. “if you need any help finding a place just let me know”

An amused expression crossed his features as she started to examine him, he had never had someone get so close to him before it was quite off putting. Varien didn’t seem to have a sense of personal space and didn’t seem to notice that her being so close to him was making him extremely uncomfortable as the seconds passed by. “ok sexy now your starting to creep me out with the whole examining me”

“no your not alone anymore are you” his smirk found its way back onto his face “hmm Jason. Jason Draganov” he introduced himself to the young girl. Following her gaze he found himself looking into the shadows, he was curious about what she was looking at and he couldn’t see anything. Looking at her questionably with a raised eyebrow he shook his head. There was something about this girl that was different, well apart from the tattoos, he wasn’t sure what it was but there was something.

Gripping her hand he would be able to notice,all sorts of weird symbols. If he knew anything about muggles, he’d notice they’d also be tatted up like pieces of art, a rose, an LA symbol, a diamond and another star. She rose an eyebrow, her nose scrunching up as he kissed the back of her hand. Okay. So, that had been.. slightly dated- but it had been really.. nice feeling in a way..although she didn’t wanna get use to it, moving her hand back slowly she would wipe the back of it on her robes, then proceeding to stare at him with curious eyes.

She looked lost? She tilted her head to him, ”What’s creep is you kissing my hand, no matter how oddly flattering. I don’t know, or want to know where exactly you’re mouth has been.” Varien would giggle innocently, scratching the back of her head. ”As for staring, take it as a compliment. I just do what normal girls try to do to you while you’re not looking.” she spoke with a shrug. ”You get a seven outta ten.”

Oh gods, could Varien be even more rude? She spoke how a child spoke, she said whatever had ran through her mind, and that’s why most of the time, she made herself look like a damn fool, or offend some one, or even cause fights. She smiled to him, as she shrugged her shoulders taking a slight step towards the wall, as she felt soft rain drops begin to hit the ground, motioning Jason to come next to her on the wall. ”Thanks though.” she spoke staring up to the sky.

”I wouldn’t call it getting lost- just...” she gave a smile, ”An unplanned exploration?” she spoke in an unsure tone, yeah that sounded right. She could see what kind of man Jason had been, she had dealt with his types, and most of them had been normal humans. Guys will be guys. She gave a sigh, glancing to him. ”So, Muscles” She had already given him a nickname, for some reason she liked this man, maybe she could see some good intentions in him, or maybe she liked the attention- oh well, it’s not like she’d let him get past flirting.

She gave a friendly smile to him, ”What made you wanna help me? Most people tend to avoid me here, considering, well..” she would roll up her robes sleeves, showing her other sleeves- on both arms, they had been tatted up to her shoulder, it had been filled up of all sorts of designs, and words.

Jason admired the girls tattooed skin, it was quite a shock seeing someone around the university with that much ink covering their skin, surprising but not off putting. He knew he should be put off by the amount of ink she had, there was only a bit of her skin that wasn’t inked up but he just saw it as more of a challenge, the girl was already shrugging off his advancement he would have to work harder to get where he wanted to be.

He looked a little insulted when she called him a creep, she was nothing like any of the other girls around campus they would be swooning after him if he had kissed their hand “hmm creep? Well that the first time I have ever been called a creep by a girl. And well as for my mouth I‘ll have you know it‘s clean but I‘m sure we could change that” he tried not to sound hurt but he was. It had took him down a peg that he couldn’t do his usual tricks “most girls would find that sweet and romantic” he stated not sure who he was talking to, her or himself. 

He shakes his head “take it as a compliment that your getting up and close? I can let you see more if you want” he winks towards her before pulling his shirt off so she can get a better look at his body, he had never been ashamed of the way he looked. The insulted look returned when she gave him a seven “hmm a seven? I have been giving plenty of tens in the past” a grin forms on his lips he wasn’t going to let the rude comments from the girl get him down nor put him off it actually did the opposite and made him want her more.

He watches her move closer to the wall as it begins to rain lightly, he didn’t make any effort to move out of the rain. He ignored the motion for him to move to the wall and waited. If was the perfect opportunity to make a move on the girl but she came across as the sort that would slap him if he tried anything with her. He made his way towards her . Standing in front of her he rested his hands on the wall either side of her waist. “gonna tell me why I only get a seven?”

He listened as she tried to act as if she hadn’t been lost, he gives a soft chuckle “hmm I’m sure it was, I prefer the term lost though” he teases her, he had no idea what she was thinking but it wasn’t what girls usually thought about him when they we’re in the same situation she was. “muscles? I could get use to being called that” he laughs a little more, she was nothing like the girls he had been with in the past. He knew it was gonna be fun trying to get with her, he even thought he might not even get the chance with her.

“damsel in distress, my weakness” he moves his hands to rest on her waist, testing the water to see if she would push him away, he knew the chances that she wouldn’t were slim, she hadn’t come across as the normal girl he went after so he doubted his usual tricks would work with her. “actually no it’s the ink that drew me in, your different than the girls around here. Its refreshing”

The man had seemed a bit taken back by Varien’s comment, and she raised an eyebrow to him. He seemed to be assessing the situation, and trying to figure out how to get to her, or in her pants. She couldn’t quiet tell just yet. She had been pretty sure it’d be the second one though. She stared to him, an amused glint swimming in her brown eyes, as he began to speak up. She would move her hair to rest on one side of her face, letting it rest against her shoulders, listening to his words.She’d laugh again- it would seem she had been laughing at him or something along those lines.

”I’m not quiet a normal girl, so..normally doesn’t work on me.” she spoke with a grin and a wink. Most girls, she snorted. He had been one of those guys. Like she’d tell him what she thought sweet and romantic had been. Really, she didn’t know what had exactly been.. sweet and romantic for her. She paused at the thought, as he ignored her calling him to stand next to her. She didn’t care for it, her eyes going back to the sky; she continued to think to herself, what exactly was sweet and romantic for her? She blinked, and looking back she’d jump slightly, to see that he had pinned her, ever so politely between him and the wall.

Oh? So that's what hurt his feelings. She smirked to him, as he seemed to lean towards her, speaking more. Good thing for Varien, she didn't care much for personal space- not even her own. Her eyes would narrow ever so slightly,as she felt his hands rest against her waist, pausing slightly as he continued to speak. Oh,did he really think he'd win this one. She looked to him,leaning up slightly, her chin moving to rest on his shoulder.

"You get a seven, because you haven't proved to me that you deserve more." she smirked, to him, her hands moving to rest on his shoulders and gripping the man's shoulders tightly, and suddenly she'd push off of his shoulders, literally jumping over him, and stumbling a bit as she landed, her arms crossing a bit. Normally to make a jump like that she'd need to run, the man had been rather tall- but she honestly didn't like being cornered by someone like him.

"Muscles, you'll find out.. that i'm a bit more then refreshing." she laughed to him. She'd never been called refreshing before, it had been an odd compliment, and she gave a laugh, "Before here, i did parkour, which is a fancy way of running to point a to point b, lotsa jumping." she spoke as she sighed, another thing that had sucked was she couldn't exactly do it a lot here, especially in her robes- which weighed her down- more then she'd like to admit.
