Rather than saying he has a mean streak it would be more accurate to say that he doesn't take anyone's shit. He is a nice enough guy if you get to know him but he can't stand asshole guy. Strangely attracted to bitchiness though. This strange dynamic has in confused in many instances. Watch out he has a short temper, piss him off and you might be in a world of hurt. The road to becoming an enemy or friend all depends on you.

Again I am sadly unsure on what kind of relationship could be formed with Victor. Victor's a nice guy although he's nervous, easily intimidated, and submissive to other people. They're in the same house and I've noticed they have one class in together to my knowledge, that one being DADA. If you have any ideas go ahead and suggest.

Well he isn't a mean person so as long as you don't run in fear he'll try being nice in his own way. So as long as you aren't a total douche they shoudl be able to get along quiet well

Victor most likely won't run, he'll just try to talk. But he'll stutter and other stuff at first till the fact sinks in that Decon isn't going to do anything mean to him. I don't think Victor is anywhere near a douche, he's just a nervous guy and hardly stands up for himself. I started a thread in the ravenclaw common room if you want we can have them meet there.
