Justin's a really charming and outgoing guy. The only problem is that he's got some abbandonment issues. He wants to be close to people, needs that connection with others and wants to be loved, but at the same time he's terrified that everyone will eventually leave him. He likes to fool around with girls and if once in a while a guy shows interest in him, he'll take that too. He needs a best friend, someone who can tell him he's worth it and some drinking buddies to sooth his alcohol problem with. He needs flings and maybe that one person who will always be there for him, but let me warn you that it'll go very slowly. Maybe someone he already knew from their time at Hogwarts. Justin probably has some people hating on him too. Maybe for his open believes on everything, or for stating his mind (something he does often).

sooo... both Gryffindor and both went to Hogwarts
so they've probably known each other for 2 years (Justin started at Hogwarts in his 6th year) 
maybe Scarlett is his best friend, who actually has a crush on him,
but Justin's really someone who doesn't see that (mostly because he doesn't believe anyone actually likelikes him)
they've probably kissed a few times,
and Scarlett probably gets a little jealous when Jay fools around with some stranger again after that?
like it says above, for a relationship it'll go very slow for Justin, but I think through out the year he'll probably see that he actually kinda likes Scarlett, a lot lol
which will probably terrify him, but because he's known her for so long he'll try and take her on a date or something

it could be really cute I think?
I'm just rambling something here so if you don't like it it's okay
it's just that Justin does come with that bagage and he'll sleep around a lot
if he only knew he hurt Scarlett with that he'd be devestated..

Jay & Orion?

I think it would be something different considering they are from serious rival houses. Plus he could be the one to maybe make him feel loved and not so alone in the world. He is somewhat of a complex character when it comes to romance but if Justin is willing to try he will find that Orion is the most loving and loyal guy he could ever hope to meet. I have a lot of ideas if you feel you may want to work some things out let me know.

yeah, Justin likes fooling around with a lot of people. He's bisexual, but he never really notices or initiates things with guys, so you'll definitely need to drop him some (not so subtle) hints so he gets what Orion is looking for! Justin doesn't become very close to people very soon, so that's gonna take a while, but after the first time they could kind of become friends with benefits? and like total boys not talk about any feelings:p Justin will probably sleep around with others besides Orion though, so I don't know if he gets jealous? but that could be interesting figuring all that out I think /end ramble lol

Oh trust me if Orion want's something from Justin believe me he will know about. It honestly Orion is pretty much the slut so they can be long term buddies with "Benefits" Hell he might even insist on play with Justin and his other "Friends"

I guess they could have known each other from Hogwarts. Orion's family will disapprove of his mingling with a "Lion" but he has no issues with blood status or house.  But they could meet in the Entrance hall again or whatever. I dunno i guess we will have to cross that bridge when they get to it. And adorable dork? Sweet lol
